Building Teams: At Home, At Church, and At Work
Scripture is full of men who built something that outlasted them.
God took a man hiding in the wilderness and forged him into a deliverer. Moses built a nation from slaves into a covenant people — not through his own strength, but by staying close to the One who called him.
He didn't build a movement with power or politics. He gathered twelve ordinary men, poured into them for three years, and changed the course of history. The model was intentional: leadership multiplied through relationship.
Everywhere Paul went, he built teams. Timothy, Silas, Titus — men raised up and sent out. He planted communities in every city that carried the gospel forward long after he moved on. That's the power of team leadership.
Leadership isn't a title. It's a calling.
This retreat is a weekend built for men who want to grow — as husbands, fathers, teammates, and leaders. Whether you lead a family, a team at work, or a ministry at church, God has called you to build something that lasts.
Come expecting challenge, brotherhood, and practical tools you can take home and use Monday morning.
